If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased or encounter any problems, we will wholeheartedly provide you with a return and exchange service.   1. Return and Exchange Policy
    We provide you with a 30-day unconditional return service to ensure that your shopping is worry-free. If you are not satisfied with the product, or the product you received has quality problems, you can apply for a return and exchange.
    Return conditions: The product must be returned within 30 days of receipt, and the product should be in an unused, undamaged state and retain the original packaging.
    Return process: Please make sure to contact us and provide the order number and relevant information before returning the product, and we will provide you with return instructions.
    Return costs: If it is due to product quality problems (such as damage, defects, etc.), we will bear the return shipping costs; if it is returned for personal reasons (such as dislike, inappropriate size, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

    Refund or Exchange Processing: Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the return policy, we will process a refund or exchange within 7 working days. The refund will be returned to your payment account.
  4. Situations where returns and exchanges are not accepted

  7. Cancellation of order
    If you change your mind immediately after placing an order and the order has not been shipped, you can cancel the order by contacting customer service.
